FITNESS AREA

At the far end of the facility, separated by netting from the main playing field, is a matted area measuring 52 ft by 23 ft that is perfect for exercise classes, yoga, or core training. Extra equipment, such as judo mats, core balls, medicine balls, and jump boxes, are available as part of the rental. There is also some seating for parents or other spectators alongside the area.

SPRINT TRACK

A 60 metre sprint track that runs alongside the main playing field.
 

BLUE ZONE

A 33 ft x 36 ft area beside the exercise track on the top floor of the facility. Ideal for stretching and warm-up when using the track or playing field.

MULTI-PURPOSE FUNCTION ROOM

A welcoming 640 sq ft multi-purpose room that has been used for meetings, music classes, yoga, video coaching sessions and numerous other activities. It can seat thirty people comfortably if needed whilst all the seating and tables can be discreetly tucked away if not required. There is a projector and screen.
